Refunds & Exchanges

We have a 45-day standard return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition, and returned with its original packaging. You may also be required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at sales@2pgaming.com or call us at 417-319-1760. When your return is successfully processed, 2P Gaming's support team will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt of it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and immediately work to alleviate your concerns.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as Brand New items, downloaded content, special ordered items etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Please see restrictions and exceptions below.

Processing of Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once the refund has been processed and approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Restrictions and exceptions apply, see below:

  • Used original items can be returned for an exchange or store credit
  • Items purchased as new that were used or opened are not eligible for a refund
  • New unopened items may not be reutnred once opened.
  • Products purchased while on sale or through special promotions may be subject to additional restrictions and may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. In addition, all sale items may be required to be returned.
  • Defective products, including electronics that are defective, may be returned within 45 days of receipt of shipment to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Digital content and gift cards are not eligible for returns
  • Customers that participate in a “buy now pay later” offering, such as those offered by PayPal, Zip, Klarna or Sezzle, in connection with the purchase of any product, shall be entitled to a refund for such product in accordance with the other terms of this Return Policy, but will continue to be obligated to make any remaining payments owing in connection with the terms of such buy now pay later arrangement.
  • Purchases made with installment payments via Klarna may be refunded to the customer pursuant to this policy. However, any such refund will not affect the customer’s obligation to make installment payments to Klarna.
  • Refunds for shipping charges are not applicable once the item has shipped.

      2P Gaming reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders or returns for violations or abuse of our returns policy, or any fraudulent activities relating to returns.
