Return Policy

At 2P Gaming, we stand behind our products and are committed to providing you with world class customer service when things don't go as planned.

You have 45 days from receipt of shipment to exchange or return an item, no questions asked. To process your return, please contact us at sales@2pgaming.com with your order number and reason of return. We will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes and fees to the original form of payment or provide a replacement.

Restrictions and exceptions apply, see below:

  • Used original items can be returned for an exchange or store credit

  • Items purchased as new that were used or opened are not eligible for a refund

  • New unopened items may be returned for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee

  • Products purchased while on sale or through special promotions may be subject to additional restrictions and may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

  • Defective products, including electronics that are defective, may be returned within 45 days of receipt of shipment to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • Digital content and gift cards are not eligible for returns

  • Customers that participate in a “buy now pay later” offering, such as those offered by PayPal, Zip, Klarna or Sezzle, in connection with the purchase of any product, shall be entitled to a refund for such product in accordance with the other terms of this Return Policy, but will continue to be obligated to make any remaining payments owing in connection with the terms of such buy now pay later arrangement.

  • Purchases made with installment payments via Klarna may be refunded to the customer pursuant to this policy. However, any such refund will not affect the customer’s obligation to make installment payments to Klarna.

2P Gaming reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders or returns for violations or abuse of our returns policy, or any fraudulent activities relating to returns.
