Refunds & Exchanges
We have a 45-day standard return policy, which means you have 45 days after the date of delivery of your item to request a return or replacement.
- New unopened and Pre-Owned items can be returned for a refund back to the original payment method within 30 days.
- Returns requested or recieved outside 30 days will be eligible for an exchange or store credit up to the 45 days from product delivery.
- Outisde 45 days, we do not accept exchanges or returns, but are happy to provide any technical support. If an item is returned outside 45 days, your return may be declined.
- Once the return is approved, items are required to be packaged and sent back within 5 business days.
- If an item is failed to be sent within the required timeframe(s) listed above or your mailing label was not scanned within the applicable timeframe(s) listed above, store credit will be issued and after 45 days, your return may be declined.
Please note, buyers are responsbile for packaging and dropping off their returns within the required timeframe.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition recieved. You may also be required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, returns for buyers remorse, change of mind or no longer wanting the item within the return window will result in a 20% restocking fee or the charge for the return shipping label, whichever is greater.
If your item is not packaged or received in the same condition it was received and contents are damaged, you will be subject to a restocking fee up to 50%. We are not responsible for how to handle and package the item, nor is the shipping carrier. Majority of our items are electronics, therefore bubble wrap is used to ship the item and it is expected on the way back.
To start a return or exchange, you can do one of the following options:
1. Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

- If your return is approval, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- If you're doing an exchange, the item is required to be sent back prior to a new item being sent.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Funko Pops Return Policy
We do not guarantee against shelf wear or minor damage to packaging during shipping. Also some figures show minor paint and packaging imperfections. Funko does not consider these as defects, so they cannot be returned due to these imperfections. Return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt of it, and notify us within 7 business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and immediately work to alleviate your concerns.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as Brand New items that have been opened, downloaded content, special ordered items etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Please see restrictions and exceptions below.
Processing of Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once the refund has been processed and approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or via store credit within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- A Restocking fee of 20% will apply for any return reason that is buyers remorse, change of mind or no longer wanting the product or the price of the shipping label, whichever is greater.
- Items purchased as new that were used or opened are not eligible for a refund and will be declined. If returned, a restocking fee of 50% will apply + the cost of shipping as the item is no longer able to be sold as new.
- Items returned damaged due to shippers handling and/or an item not sent back in the same condition it was sent, will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.
- Products purchased while on sale or through special promotions may be subject to additional restrictions and may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. In addition, all sale items may be required to be returned.
- All items are tested and functional. Original case and artwork included.
- Digital content and gift cards are not eligible for returns
- Customers that participate in a “buy now pay later” offering, such as those offered by PayPal, Zip, Klarna or Sezzle, in connection with the purchase of any product, shall be entitled to a refund for such product in accordance with the other terms of this Return Policy, but will continue to be obligated to make any remaining payments owing in connection with the terms of such buy now pay later arrangement.
- Purchases made with installment payments via Klarna may be refunded to the customer pursuant to this policy. However, any such refund will not affect the customer’s obligation to make installment payments to Klarna.
- Refunds for shipping charges are not applicable once the item has shipped.
- Any Gifts that are provided during a promotion are not eligble for a return or replacement.
2P Gaming reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders or returns for violations or abuse of our returns policy, or any fraudulent activities relating to returns. All returns require a receipt or a 2Pgaming.com order number. Refunds issued for lost items are subject to recharge if 2P Gaming can verify delivery.
